ONLY 3 times in a month and already complaining. what you gonna do if its 3 times a week? or 3 times a day, hell, even had once 3 times in an hour (not on EVE tho)...
These things happen, and the people responsible for it are always working hard to get everything back like its supposed to be.
Have some patience. there's a new game on FB, named VEGA, play that while its downtime, there you can mine and fit ships too :-p

"Online" does not mean accessible by players. This is happening way too often. You need to refund players accounts or extend their time.
